The characters that Emil Alzamora ruthlessly distorts, pulls and twists seem to depict some kind of tragic narrative indicated by the contorted limbs and damp expressions. As if measuring something immeasurable, Alzamora’s figures tell the stories of their wounds, which are perhaps more psychic in nature.
