Ting Tong Chang seems to be a relatively recent artist to emerge from the woodwork. His work, between Taiwan and London, seems to be partly street art, partly sculptural. There’s something wonderfully amusing about his work, something a little strange and wacky. There is also an interesting dialogue between the banal and the extraordinary - for instance, here, an arch is formed by seemingly gravity defying shopping trollies - creating a tension between these elements.
